I give them one star because I can't give them a zero. They closed without prior notice, canceling my appointment the same day 5 minutes before. I have tried to claim the return of a bonus paid 3 years from now and the answer is always the same, we will contact you hahaha, as they say, keep waiting...... A disgraceful company and unpresentable.

— 11/06/23: Two months have passed and you still haven't contacted me. You only have to drag your feet and make no requests. You have a predefined answer for everyone and you are not actually managing anything. After canceling my appointment two days in advance, they told me that I will not be able to continue with the treatment and offered me to continue it in Tarragona or get my money back. Logically, I chose the refund for the pending sessions because it is not worth traveling to that city. After accepting the proposed amount, they tell me that they are going to make the refund. Since 04/14/23 I have been demanding a refund for the money for the paid and unused laser sessions. They have all my information and yet they have not made the refund. I have sent several emails complaining but have not received a response. It is shameful. If they do not return my money, I will have to file a claim against the clinic.

Months ago they canceled the appointment for me and my husband and told me to continue the treatment in another city but it is impossible for us so they told us that a refund of the corresponding amount will be made after it is authorized by the legal department. After months of sending several emails and them dragging their feet, we no longer received a response or the indicated payment. A shame

I have been waiting for months for the money for the paid treatment sessions to be returned to me and that I will not be able to finish due to this temporary closure. When I send emails, the only thing I get is the automatic response email, which is absolutely useless. What a shame.
